I founded CoLab Works Collective with one belief at its core: real transformation begins with partnership. After years spent leading high-impact employee development within the corporate walls—serving frontline teams, coaching leaders, and designing scalable learning strategies—I saw a need for something more intentional, more human, and more collaborative.

CoLab Works is my answer to that need.

As a strategist and coach, I work alongside organizations and individuals to co-create leadership development programs, culture-shaping tools, and team performance strategies that are as adaptable as they are effective. From emerging talent to senior executives, I’ve helped professionals navigate growth, change, and transition with clarity and confidence.

My background includes building enterprise learning experiences for teams of 850+, mentoring high-potential talent, leading cross-functional teams, and designing immersive programs that foster both skill and belonging. But what I value most is what happens between the strategy: the honest conversations, the courageous questions, the moments that move people forward.
