Where Collaboration Gets to Work.

For virtual and/or in-person consultations/coaching sessions: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a cancellation fee of 30% of the service price. No-shows or cancellations with no notice will result in a charge for the full service price.

For Workshops and/or Think Tanks: We kindly request that cancellations be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled workshop date and time. Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance will incur a fee equal to 25% of the service price, in addition to the deposit already retained. No-shows or cancellations with no notice will result in a charge for the full service price. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
